Dance-a-thon Illustrative Poster
This is a poster promoting a Dance - A - Thon being held by a non-profit disaster relief organization. As
a student, we were asked to create an event and company that would be the underlying subject for this poster itself. Inspired by the 70's psychedelic movement, hand-drawn letters were accompanied by
a groovy color palette so that the design captured the
essence of what the target audience is to expect by attending this event.
Printing on semi-gloss and newsprint gave the poster
two completely different looks, so I decided to incorporate them both into the overall campaign depending on where the poster would be shown.
