The Acid Diaries is a book comprised of the individual story of a man who went on an adventure of self-discovery with the aid of a psychedelic drug called LSD. Through this read, I found three parts to his story compelling: 

1.) The history of the drug itself and storyteller Christopher Grey so the audience can grasp an idea as to who this man is and why he decided to go on this journey. 

2.) The initial experience and psychological shock of mentally breaking out of the box.

3.) The discovery to the three parts of the human soul and one mans individual answer to life.

 

The shapes and colors for each of the book covers were inspired by these three parts while acting as a visual stimulus for one who could be on this same journey.
